Williams Almost like yesterday, I remember 6 years ago I was doing Videography and dating a Photographer at the time who had arranged a meeting with a local airbrush Artist for a backdrop he needed. We were preparing to shoot an out of town concert in Louisiana that featured Indie Musicians as well. After the meeting we all went to his car and marveled at the amazing portfolio as he shared with us big plans for his creative

Hosted by Poet AJ McQueen and Comedian/Musician Mic Tunez, the night was definitely one to remember, especially for us first timers. The Indiegator was initially there just to support Chicago Spiritual Poet "Chill" who traveled down south to perform at the venue and feature in our April/June issue. But as the night went on, as every new Poet stepped on the stage to share their pieces amidst candlelit tables, live piano playing, and free gourmet food, we couldn't help but stick around a while longer and bask in the atmosphere of peace, love and creativity. The theme for the night seemed to be spiritually geared. Of all the performers that evening, Monica Matthews most certainly stood out as
