Joshua Ledet Singer/American Legend ©Facebook.com/JoshLedet Let’s see, how do I sum this up in one paragraph or less? #Emotional #Breathtaking #Chills #Chills #Chills. Love this YouTube Review? Williams Seriously, as I worked on the final pages of The INDIEgator's 6th issue, I sat there listening and rocking out to music on Joshua's SoundCloud page for hours wondering “Why do I have chills, again?” Every single time. See, I finally gave in and let my mom become friends with me on Facebook. Not one regret. One night she shared a YouTube video of Joshua Ledet performing Percy Sledge’s hit “When A Man Loves A Woman” at the White House in 2013. Ooh my! The passion in his eyes, in his movements, the emotion in that VOICE! I threw my panties at the screen. Then I left, came back and did it again. Don't judge me. Don’t act like I was the only one. Forgive me Lord. God

Williams Oh, oh, oh! Whoo! I’m sorry but excuse me while I catch my breath. I’m sure you’ve seen the video. It’s been going crazy all over social media since right before the New Year; and I mean literally right on time. French Singer, Songwriter and Producer Mani Hoffman shared a video of himself covering Sam Cooke‘s song “A Change is Gonna Come”. Was I the only one who clutched my chest within 3 seconds of him starting to sing? Ok okay, maybe I need to get that checked out. But my ears work just fine and even the baby was blown away by the depth and emotion in Mani's powerful voice! Ooh Honey! His raw talent is amazing and I find it so beautiful that he included his baby in the making of this video. And did you see how this true performer did not even miss a beat

Facebook│YouTube│ Vevo│ Twitter│ Instagram - Article Short Link: http://theindiegatormag.com/?p=4152 In September of 2013 I was invited to a Jam Session at a TV studio in Houston that was featuring a Gospel Artist visiting from Dallas to film a few promos and interviews. My good friend and long time Business associate, Jay (JM & Associates), thought it would be a great idea for me to check this Artist out for a feature in The INDIEgator magazine. Shaun G, is originally from St. Louis but has been living in Texas for the latter years of his life.  Shaun was first introduced to music as a young boy in church and just loved the sound and rhythm especially of Gospel, R&B and Jazz due to their chord changes and the soul behind them. Even so, he still claims to love all styles of music simply because “every style is different and should be appreciated.” His first opportunity to get in on that action and perform himself was during a Christmas program at his home

Four men bring a musical tribute to her, the fatal woman that attracts any man into madness and devours him. The music is like her: a dark beauty, cross, wayward, unpredictable, captivating and compelling. The origin of the band is Tilburg Rock Academy and that is where they have learned. Musicianship goes hand in hand with a passionate stage presence. Challenging riffs, atmospheric guitars and poetic texts held together in a Spartan manner with tight and groovy drums are what you can expect during a performance from Sofia Nero. The result will probably be called Alternative Rock. There are several sources of inspiration to recognize, but Sofia Nero melts

The emphasis is in the energy born into the guitar riffs and melodies of the songs. Daniel Goldman brings in the lead guitar side, throwing in swift precise leads and use of effects to keep the energy flowing. Jonathan Long on Bass uses effects to voice out the bass even more for distinct dynamics. Jay Gonzales throws in strong fills between upbeat rhythm sections on drums. Greg Afek on vocals brings off a clean and scream tradeoff, giving off strong energy and putting everything together. With all these elements you come up with Avid Fixation. - As seen in the April/June 2012 issue of The INDIEgator, Pages 54-55. - Article Short Link: Pop/Rock Official Website │ Facebook │ YouTube by Austyn "Mr Bugz" Jeter Aundria’s music career started when she was 18. There was a guitar in the house and she thought,” I wonder if I could play that”. She started by learning a few songs she liked. Before she knew it, she was writing her own songs. Aundria’s songs come from experiences in her life. “With the right group, I would love some of my songs to rock really hard, or have a country feel. I’m so used to performing without a band, that I feel more like a light acoustic performer. When my album came out I had to pick a genre and I put myself in 3 groups, Acoustic, Pop, and Rock.” “I spend more time learning other artists’ songs than I do writing my own. I don’t have favorite groups or artists, but rather individual songs. Liking a variety of music makes my book of covers diverse and interesting. Some
